The largest American Football League will kick off on September 10, 2009 at the Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The NFL had already announced the opening weekend's main games. The Pittsburgh Steelers begin their title defense on Sept. 10 against the Tennessee Titans, who had the league's best record in 2008 and beat the Steelers 31-14 in the regular season. Kickoff for the Steelers-Titans game at Heinz Field is scheduled at 8:30 p.m.
The free festivities begin at 4 p.m. which will have specific entry points for the public that night. The Black Eyed Peas and Tim McGraw will jump-start the Steelers' season with a free concert at Point State Park on opening night.
Now that the National Football League 2009-2010 Season is quickly approaching the question is can the Steelers repeat in 2009? Is there anyway that the Cardinals can repeat the magic they had for their playoff run last year? Will Tom Brady lead his Patriots back into the playoffs or possibly the Super Bowl? Are the Falcons for real?
