Japan’s coastal villages are in trouble because of Nomura’s Jellyfish or Giant Jellyfish. These giants sea monsters are leaving a trail of destruction and human misery behind. Nomuras jellyfish grow up to 2 meters (6 feet 7 inches) in diameter and weigh up to 220 kilograms (450 pounds), and are commonly found in the waters between China and Japan.
According to scientists, the Yellow Sea and Chinese waters are the places in which these giant creatures originate. This is the third year since 2005, ocean currents are transporting them into the Sea of Japan. See the photos below.
