Inmates pay Tribute to Michael Jackson

The Cebu Dancing Inmates from Cebu Provincial and Detention Center gave their last tribute to the King of Pop last Saturday. Over 1,500 inmates danced the with the hits of Michael Jackson such as Thriller, Ben, I’ll Be There and We Are the World.
