Isabelle Jackson Elementary School 5th grade teacher, Crystal Defanti, has mistakenly included her own sex video in a DVD distributed to her pupils. She played that DVD innocently and school shots and students were shown in the starting scenes but then suddenly in the next scene everyone saw Crystal Defanti having sex with someone. It was clearly a mistake but it was too late Crystal Defanti video has been seen by some of her pupils and their parents.
The teacher learned that the sex clip had been included in the DVD when a parent called to let her know. She then called parents to alert them of the sex clip and ask them to get rid of the DVDs.
The video has already been removed from youtube.
