The CONCACAF Gold Cup 2009 is getting more exciting and very interesting from 12 teams now down to four teams. On Thursday, July 23, 2009 the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2009 Semi-Finals is kicking off at the Soldier Field in Chicago.After grabbing a narrow 2-1 victory over Panama, the defending champion United States reached the semifinals and they will face Honduras who advanced with a 1-0 victory over Canada. The knock out game starts at 7:00 pm ET. This is the second time that both teams will play each other on this tournament. The winner of this match will proceed and will face either Costa Rica or Mexico in the finals.
