UFC lightweight champ B.J. Penn showed off his leg strength by executing a vertical jump out of the pool at the 3 foot end without the using his hands or arms. BJ Penn becomes the third athlete to do show off on YouTube – Jarron Gilbert of the Chicago Bears was first and Jason Williams of the Dallas Cowboys was second.
